Please note that due to excessive demand at the moment, we may take a couple of days longer than the dispatch times stated below. 

We will usually dispatch orders within 3 working days. We wish we could wave our magic wand and you would instantly receive your product on a broomstick, but, unfortunately, our wand doesn’t seem to work that way. (Believe us we tried!) All of our products are freshly hand crafted to order and we endeavour to get them to you as quickly as possible but we will never rush our hand crafting process and believe they are worth the wait. 

Last Order Dates For Christmas Day Delivery

UK – We need to receive your order before noon (GMT) on the 19th December.

United States, Canada & Australia – We need to receive your order before noon (GMT) on the 8th December.

Europe –  We need to receive your order before noon (GMT) on the 10th December.

Rest of World – We need to receive your order before noon (GMT) on the 8th December.

Free Shipping in the UK!

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class (Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day including Saturdays). Orders of four or more products (including free ones) will be sent Royal Mail tracked/signed.

Shipping to the EU & Outside the UK

We wish we didn’t have to charge you for shipping but rising costs have given us no option. Shipping cost is £12.99 per order.

Gift sets and beauty bundles – shipping cost is £29.99 each. This does not show at checkout and a separate email requesting additional payment (£17.00) will be sent. 

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Airmail tracked/signed for depending on the country. 

Europe (Usually takes 3 to 5 WORKING days).     

United States, Canada & Australia (Usually takes 5 to 10 WORKING days).     

Rest of the World (Usually takes 5 to 10 WORKING days).     

Shipping to the United States – Business as Usual!

Although new tariff rules have been introduced by the US Government, this will not affect the shipping of your order and there will be no additional costs at checkout. 

Europe 

Customs duty and local taxes may be charged in the receiving country (usually this does not happen and customs process straight through). If you do incur local taxes please email us and we will refund the UK VAT amount (20%).  This should cover most of the customs duty and local taxes.    

Africa

Royal Mail have advised us not to ship to Africa due to parcels frequently going missing.
